User Data Deletion Instructions for WFM

If you want WFM to delete your data, please send a request to:

Please use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request - WFM

Please include, where applicable:

• your full name;
• your account email address;
• your company or workspace name;
• the connected Instagram username or Instagram account ID;
• a short description of the data or account you want deleted.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before processing the request.

After verification, we will, where applicable:

• disconnect the relevant Instagram integration;
• invalidate or remove stored access credentials associated with that integration;
• delete or de-identify relevant account, workspace, and synced messaging data from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, typically within 30 days;
• remove remaining backup copies in the normal backup cycle, typically within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If you are an Instagram user who contacted a business or creator using Instagram and believe your data appears in WFM because of that interaction, please first contact that business or creator directly. You may also contact us using the details above.
